About the Role
You'll work directly with the founder as a true co-founder, with equal decision-making power and shared vision-building. This is not a typical PM role—you'll own entire product lines, ideate new AI products from scratch, and ship them to real users.
We're looking for someone who has actually built and shipped AI products—not just managed roadmaps. If you've got the scars from launching GenAI apps, ML-powered features, or products built with AI assistance, we want to talk.
What You'll Do
- Lead product strategy for new AI products from 0 to 1
- Define, prototype, and ship MVPs—often coding them yourself
- Work directly with the founder on company direction and priorities
- Own the full product lifecycle: ideation, specs, development, launch, iteration
- Build products that real users love, not theoretical features
What We're Looking For
- Built and shipped multiple AI/ML products (production or serious side projects)
- Can code/prototype: Comfortable building MVPs yourself, not just writing specs
- Technical enough to spec clearly: Understand architecture, write specs developers can execute
- Highly autonomous: Self-directed, doesn't need hand-holding
- Embraces rapid iteration: Ship fast, learn, iterate—no perfectionism
- Proactive communicator: Async-first, over-communicates by default
- Comfortable with ambiguity: Navigate unclear requirements with confidence
- English fluent (Japanese not required, but a plus)

- Japan-based (remote OK within Japan)
- Async-first with occasional Tokyo meetups
- Timezone overlap with JST for collaboration
